Do you think it's unfair?

So i recently bought two long sleeved t-shirt from Diesel Online store. In different packages

I paid 10 euro for standard shipping to Denmark from Italy

But then, i recently noticed that i could have entered the promotional code BESTUPID (as they refer to on the page), and i could have got free standard shipping.

So i emailed the Online store about the problem and asked the shipping money back, but all i got was that i already ordered without the code, so there is no chance getting the money back.

I think it's unfair. I could have used it for free standard shipping, and i paid for the standard shipping.

What do you guys think?

There's nothing unfair here...codes are promotional stuff...for those who are aware of it. If you aren't, don't come crying that you didn't know...it's as simple as that.

Plus, there are some topics here where you can ask if there are some codes to use on Yoox, Diesel online stuff etc...

I ordered 2 times from yoox around 1 or 2 hours before they offered free standard shipping on website. I didn't email or ask them, but they sent me free shipping code (with cca 2 months expiration) for next purchase/order. So try to ask them for this

Btw. "facebook" code is still valid for free shiping on diesel online store for my country.

Yeah but i noticed and contacted them like 1 day after the last package was sent, so i think they could be nice and give me the free shipping.

Oh life IS unfair..
I bought a pair of zatinys 2 weeks ago at Diesel.com (wash 8B4) - I recieved a pair made in Tunisia.
A couple of days ago I found that Asos.com is selling the same pair for 50$ LESS!! and made in Italy!!
Arrrrrrrr.. but all is good I guess I got F***** for not being patient...

Anyway, yeah it says "enter BESTUPID to receive free standard shipping" right at the top of the page. You can NOT miss it!
