So I have had these APC NS for around 6-7 months now. In the beginning I was always cuffing them so of course they started to cuff in the same spot everyday no matter how much i would try and move it around. Now there is this fluff right were I would cuff them. Not a tear or a fade but something. Any one seen this before or know what it is and what that means? It is around the heel of the jean

Well that was right where the crease is when i cuff my jeans and it is on the heel. The weird part is there is nothing to noticeable on the back side of the jean.

Its accumulation of general grime and dust. Brush it off, don't worry.

I really dont think its grime, this is not something that wipes away and the same thing happened to my Levi Capital E 501's and remains there after a wash. So it does not just wipe away. I kinda had an idea about what is going on I was just hoping someone had seen this before and confirm.

Its something about me cuffing them to much in the same spot. It is like the weft or the wrap yarn is being rubbed and starts to fray with out completely ripping.

I have never heard of that happening, unless you actually on the hem, but I've never cuffed a day in life.

I used to cuff the first Diesel pair I had (Kulter 737, good ol'times...) and the same thing was going on
I think it's normal

Coton is an organic material and it's not indestructible , when you fold it it finishes by keeping the shape, like paper when you fold it.

Combined with the rubbing, it starts to tear apart.

true, I've gotta agree with saddoc

Perhaps I'm the only messy slob who gets this issue in the creases of my hems that is actually dirt and stuff haha
