Hey, guys.

i have a problem with HF mall. i bought thanaz 8gz from twoheartedriver more than 1 month ago and also made a payment via paypal on same day.(http://www.honestforum.com/mens-26-2...9-32-rare.html)

but after that, when i asked him, he told 'will ship tomorrow' and 'shipping today' several times but hasn't ship yet. i have sent hundreds of message but since 4th of feb, he has not replyed at all, even though he seems like visiting here everyday.

and i found that he sold safado 73j to another HFer. i wonder if he received the jeans well and anyone who knows him.

How can I solve this problem?

Open a dispute via PayPal and escalat it to claim asap, if thats still possible. How long ago did you send the money? As a last resort you can do a credit-card chargeback, preferably after winning the PayPal dispute.

I already opened a dispute and filed a claim via Paypal. and I finally found he, twoheartedriver, was BRETT FRABLE on my paypal transaction. I'd like to attach the captured picture but don't know how to do that.

don't know why haven't noticed that..but let me know in advance if you find someone seems like Brett frable, Witzleben.

And Cezar, I'm so sorry if I disturbed you.

As you are both in the states you can also try to contact the internet crimes task force (part of the FBI?). Heard about that, but dont know the exact name, but it is something like that.

Damn we've had problems with him before- which is why he is banned. Because on our end, our system is pretty shitty we have problems keeping him away. Unfortunately that dispute is your best option.

I want to know how it's even possible this guy still keeps doing this. Someone should report him to paypal and I know they'll lock his account. This is straight up fraud and I bet he could get arrested because it sounds like a lot of money is involved.

He is using multiple accounts, obviously. But someone should report him to some kind of authority, maybe that internet crimes task force I mentioned earlier.

we should trust seller( to find out like as this seller ) by
-how many positive point(500 over) seller has
-powerfull(Top-rated) seller or not

Sorry dude i've done all i can do. Do you have his confirmed paypal mailing address?

I might suggest you try contacting "his" local authorities, based on the address, to see if they can recommend anything.

I ask for any mod to either discard this thread or make it less searchable by google. I hope you understand and this can be resolved.
