I'll get a random pair of jeans?

I contact the Thanaz 73j seller on ebay, he says something like I'll get a random pair of 73j if I buy them off from ebay. he want me to send the money directly to get exact wash that I want(which cost bit more). I know he is a legit seller and member of HF. but just curious can he do something like that on ebay? this is not a lottery

ps. I really like the wash of 73j on ebay, but I can't get them?

i think he means you wont get the ones in the picture. i would make him send exact pics..if youre paying hundreds of dollars..he can spend 5 mins and take pics. he will do it if you threaten with a no sale.

Yes he sent me pictures of other 73js. he said the ones in the picture are sold already, If I buy it now from the ebay, I'll get a random pair of jeans from what he has. only I get to choose the wash if I pay him directly through the paypal.

He's obviously doing that to avoid paypal fees. It won't make a difference on your part though, you will still be covered by paypal. But then again, ebay does have this new policy that adds to the paypal protection.
