Zatiny 8YM fit?

Interested in picking up a pair of these however I am unsure on fit. I've read that they fit tighter but have so far not been able to find a definitive answer.

Any advice is much appreciated!

this is all about denim stiffness and where the jeans sit on you, I couldn't button up a 26 to save my life and everything i wear in 26 fits me fine. The thing that makes these harder to gauge is that they are a thick denim to begin with and then the denim is baked to set in the finish which stiffens them up a lot. I would not buy these without trying them on first to see what your size is. Unfortunately, nobody on here is going to able to determine what the best size is for you from their personal experience, everyone is shaped different.

Viker fits the same way in this wash, ive tried them both on, they definately fit a little snug in the waist, but seem looser in the thigh then other washes in both styles.

I wear a 29 in 8TL, & 72L, but I had to go with a 30 in 8YM

yea, im probly gonna go with a 30 in these. my usual size is 29, but they can also take awhile to break in. and i am more into the slim Zathan look as opposed to the butt-hugging tight look. thanks for the advice so far!

edit: are these on sale in stores?

Yeah, It would be your best bet.. As before I even tried them at the diesel store here in tampa, the sales rep there gave me a size up from my normal size, and said this wash egenerally runs a size small, and he was right.

But to answer your question, the zatiny and viker 8YM was retail and not on sale, they didnt have safado 8YM in stock there so not sure on those.

nordstroms had them onsale since dec 26th for like 33% off. not sure i'll any are left tho or what stores got them

Stick with your normal size I'd say. I just got three Zatinys from the Diesel online store recently, 8SV, 8UP and 8YM. I sized down 1 for the 8SV to 26 because these run larger. As for Zatiny 8YM and 8UP, I stayed with my normal size 27. I'd say that 8UP is just a tiny bit tighter than 8YM in both the waist and the thigh so if you can fit into a W29 8UP, then you should have no problem with 8YM in W29.
