I live in USA but I am a foreign student which means I don't have a SSN.
My question:
Can I still purchase from Luisa even if I don't have SS#? because I might have
to pay customs duty... (but it says shipping fee & import fees are included <-
does this mean I don't have to pay any extra customs duty?)
