Hi all.

I am trying to buy a jean from Luisaviaroma. It costs $715.00 total.
I think I have to pay the import fees (duties) but I do not have SSN
which means I am a foreigner residing in USA.

In this case, can I just order the jean and if they say I got to pay the duty,
can I just pay? or because I don't have SSN, I can't receive the item?

I read about the USA shipping FAQs but I don't quiet get what they are saying.

And do I have to pay duty 100% sure if I buy from luisa?

No, I am not rich but I wish I were
I am trying to buy Dsquared biker jean..

It says import fees and shipping fees are included.
Does this mean that I do not have to pay duty??? Please help me with this....

You shouldn't have to pay any additional fees. I recently ordered a Givenchy shirt from Luisaviaroma and the final cost was the final cost. I live in the US and I didn't need to enter any SSN. I could have very well been an illegal immigrant..

Did it say somewhere that you needed a SSN? It looks like you are located in Iowa. You shouldn't have any problems with getting it shipped there.

But what I am worried about is that it costs over $200.00 which means
I have to pay additional tax. How much was your shirt?

the shirt was 208 and change i believe. but the price listed was the final price i paid. they didn't attach any fees or shipping when i checked out. any associated fees as well as shipping were included in the price listed for the shirt.
