Has anyone purchased off Folica.com?

Hello,

I was wondering has anyone purchased any hair products off this website?

I purchased a CHI flat iron yesterday, but then after doing some research...I read many stories where they sold fake products... I tried to cancel my order, but then now, apparently it's too late .

I searched up Folica on Google and I found threads such as these that several people stated receiving fake products:

Everything looks legit about the website...they are VeriSign Secured, McAfee Secure, with the BBB and the CHI flat iron I ordered has over 4,000 reviews.

I don't know what to do...I guess I'll just have to wait and compare it with my friend's authentic one. *Sigh* there goes another $30 for shipping it back.

Avoid purchases from Folica.  Poorly/shoddily packaging damages the product.  They mess up the order.  It has been a month and I have not yet been given the credit that I was promised.   Once they already have your money, forget about trying to get anything resolved through them.
