Fake Zathan 772? Price too good to be true?

Hi,
this is a great forum, i'd like to hear some opinons from some fake spotting experts...I can usually tell a real pair of zathan's from a fake, but this one has triggered my alarm....the first 3 photos look real, but then the last two are suspicious...also the buy it now is only $69usd??? Is this too good to be true?

I also checked his feedback, and he's sold these previously...but one guy said they were imitiations, and another guy said they did not appear as in the photos...others said they were excellent jeans.

can anyone post their opinon??? I emailed the seller and he guarantees they are authentic or your money back no questions asked.
