Really bad dandruff What do I do?

Okay so I've had really bad dandruff for many years It may have started wen I was in grade six and now Im 21. Its so so itchy all the time and my scalp is very flaky even after I have a shower and there are small red spots to. I have tried Head and shoulders (Didn't work) and T-Gel(smelled horrible and didn't work). I need to know what a great product i can use to help me. Only products that are availiable in ontario canada please. I cant afford to go to a dermatologist at the moment. I really cant stand having this condition and its embaressing so please help!!

Go to Shoppers Drug Mart and try Vichy 'Dercos Anti-Dandruff Shampoo'. Its reasonably priced and works well! Looks like this:



I would suggest however going to a doctor because if you have had it for that long, it may be a medical skin condition such as psoriasis, seborrheic dermatitis, or eczema as opposed to sensitivity to a product.

The overgrowth of yeast can also cause dandruff which is caused by stress, hormones, too much oil on the scalp, or problems with the immune system. Until you can see a doctor try Vichy, but I would go as soon as you can so you can get to the root of the issue.
