Damn I like those A LOT.
And Dior is not the only label to wax coat denim, quit being silly.

and btw, fashion often is copying (or getting inspiration from) other brands
Slimane copied (or got inspiration from) APC New Standard and APC New Cure to design diors 19 cm and 17.5 cm, just to say

In the fall of 07 diesel made a fashion jean called plistry-piping that are a black resin coated denim that fit and looked like a thicar, these new thanaz look just like them.

Yeah that's the good point of this wash I admit...but better is on washes like 8IW where you have the V on the backpocket.

^agreed, V on backpockets is still the look I prefer in thanaz, even more than plain backpockets
but subtle dragons (as in 71B and 17F gor example) are not bad

The Plistry Piping pants have a different sheen to them, I think- more leathery instead of waxy. The fit is a bit different to, though it's pretty close

umm anyone who's into this wash, you will more than likely change your mind once you see/feel these in person, I was all about them until I actually saw them and put them on, the coating on the pants is super thick and makes them feel really bulky and strange. To each their own, but they were definitely not what I expected in person after the pictures I saw.

Crap, I've been thinking to get 17F for 2 months now, they cost a fortune at 190 in local store.
Since they're coated, they are very rigid and stiff, and kinda cold. Size down from your normal size, they run big.

Thanks for the heads up. If they look anything like the stock photos I'd still cop. I am pretty sure that they'll soften up after wear.
