Refunds during a Claim

Hi there,
I was wondering if sellers can provide the buyer a full refund while a claim is being reviewed by Paypal? I bought something on eBay and the seller did not ship it out. At the 45 day mark, I opened up a claim. Now the seller is willing to provide the refund but don't know how. I've never done it before and I can't see what the seller's options are to figure it out. If someone could help, thanks in advance.

You disputed a transaction and now the seller wants to pay what he owes?
All you have to do is cancel the dispute on PayPal.
It's really simple. You'll see that it's an open dispute, just close it since you were the one who opened it.
