Standard is so much slimmer than Bootcut :(

so... I just want to rant a bit....

I wear 32" bootcuts just fine for most washes w/ 7FAM. So I had this opportunity to buy a very nice pair of 32" Standards at a good price.... and I really had to struggle to close all buttons and although I can SQUEEZ in, my thighs are wrapped by the jeans and I don't feel like I can even bend down. Gosh..... and the customer service people at 7FAM told me that Standards fit just like a Bootcut through the knee. Darn I want a pair of straigh legs.

end rant.

I got to agree with you on this one...I wear bootcuts/relaxed bootcuts thought the transition would be easy to the standard..they fit fine in the waist but the thighs are too tight imo

I keep hearing that Diesel has a lot of good straight leg cuts that are more relaxed in the thighs...try those maybe?

Actually, 7FAM's slouchy and austyn straight legs fit fine too but then I guess they lose the slim feel of the STANDARD straight legs.

they're pretty baggy at the thighs.. I think they fit just like the bootcuts but without the larger leg opening, but everyone's thighs are different...
the slim ones are called slimmy and rocker
