I think those are S2D...I think the wash is Confused Blue.

The wash looks like Confused which is a straight to discount wash for both men and women but the pockets don't match. Confused has the "classic" R on the back, not the sexy R. I also don't think womens straight to discount pairs come with the square waistband tag, I thought they were all the skinny rectangular one.

I don't know womens jeans as well as men though, so I guess it's possible that confused comes with the sexy R as well.
