Hi,
I recently bought 20 pairs of Seven Jeans ( Flare). As Selzi told me, those pants are not authentic at all. The seller told in an Ebay auction that they are absolutelyauthentic. Now what can I do? Is there a chance to use buyer protection? I´ve bought them on ebay.com.
Anyone who knows what I could do to get my money back?
To be honest, I actually don´t think that the seller will answer again.

Did you use your credit card to buy them? I would just go through them - call up your cc company and explain to them the situation - you should be covered.
Unfortunately if you used PayPal, they really suck at helping in these situations... I bought 3 fake Tiffany necklaces that were advertised as authentic, and when I called PP to ask them to refund me, they didn't do squat... I think it needed to be a purchase of a certain amount of $...
