SSENSE.COM anybody's bad experience with this site?

I placed an order Monday night (June 22, 09) and it has been 7 days already (Monday night June 29, 09) my order status is still "PROCESSING". I tried to contact them on friday asking then if there's any problem, no surprise, there's NO REPLY.

Just wanna know if this is usual for this website? Hope fully this is just not me. I just can't believe I received this kind of service from them.

Hows the situation now?

They are normally very quick, and they have a major sale going so it takes them a while to ship out internationally
