Safado 8SX Detail pics + worn pics.

Hi there,

You remember my last topic? --> http://www.honestforum.com/diesel-je...-fit-pics.html

Here are some pics of my new safado 8SX I just bought today, got them for 160€ instead of 250€ retail on ebay.
For the first time since I'm in Diesel, I had to SIZE UP!!
Those are so tight in W28, could barely button the last button of the zip...and I was uncunfortable, too tight in the thighs, in the butt, everywhere.
So I went with the W29 and they are tighter than my Safado 8BI in W28!!!

Last thing, the pics on the last topic were with a 28x34, the one I bought is 29x32

It's a stretch wash, 2% elastane.

But here a some pics... : (rightclick/save as to have big size)

The unworn pics look like a 73I (seams, buttons and whisker-wise) with 73J backpockets plus holes. In the worn pics the wash looks darker. Not too bad as a casual pair =) And very good fit!

Even if it was in the late evening, the remaining sunlight really brightens the pics, the worn pics are more accurate in color. The blue of the 8SX doesn't look like 73l's blue at all, it's a lot darker.

Denim is thin, like 8BI.

they look awful off... but you suprised me as they look great on you...

Not particularly keen to large rips in the front knee-shin-leg area, but this pair doesnt look bad

The off pictures were terriable. The worn pictures makes me want this pair.

Yes, off pics really don't give justice to this wash that is a lot more subtle than on the pics...but as I said, worn pics a a lot more accurate.

(remember your previous thread)

nice

I'd try to put them a lil lil lil down just to settle torso/legs proportion (could be the angle of the pics btw)

I think you grabbed one of the 2 existing pairs
no results for safado 8sx on google!

oh, and did you give thanaz a try?

Evil Sushi --> in the front pic, my t shirt was a little "upper" than normal to show the front of the jean...but I can try to put them a lil down as you say ^^.

Yeah, surprised there is no answers on google, we don't hear about this wash, that's why I made I thread...but they seem to sell pretty well as in the big store at Etienne Marcel in Paris, all L32 were sold (and they don't have 2/3 pairs in each size but more)
I came back a few days later I tried the 28x34...and all W28 were sold too...

And no, I didn't tried thanaz yet...as in the big diesel store, they simply don't have this cut if I remember correctly but I will try soon...^^

you' re right, sagging safados would look bad, cause they don't stack and they would bunch

infact, I was not saying to sag, I was saying just push them a little down to balance proportion

I think they look good but the previous Safados in your other thread (8BI) look better imho!

Not a fan of the rips, but they look great on you! What shirt are you wearing btw? The drawing on the front looks cool...kinda like a zombie or bad-ass skeleton.

The off pictures are terrible. The worn pictures are cool, fit is great. Just an ordinary wash tho.

It's a bad-ass skeleton. I'll give you close up pics if you want .
It was a limited edition Paul Smith shirt, pretty expensive, it's the more expensive shirt I ever paid for. I paid like 62 pounds for it...like 70€
It came with some goodies, a print of the same drawing on the shirt and a little paul smith cotton bag.

They made 3 limited edition shirts with different characters but this one was my fav, I just bought one of them.
They were sold out in a few days.

You could post some better pix of your other Safado just as a comparison...the pix on your other thread are not the best!

Yeah, some more pics of the shirt would be great. I'm an artist myself so I always appreciate good work, especially if it has skelletons! I've been fascinated by them since I was little.
