I'm looking for white leather Keds!!!

I remember my dad had a pair of all white leather keds that he would only wear on Sunday mornings when I was around 8 years old. For some reason I still remember these things. They were really soft leather almost like lamb. I'm thinking they would be very cool with today's syle since the white sneaker thing is big. I can't find these anywhere. Should I get these in the meantime? They're no where near what I'm looking for but I think they have potential, what do you think?
