Discounts23 authentic seller?

I am wondering if anyone has dealt with Discounts23 and if they sell the real thing. I made the following purchase:

I spent some time looking at his feedback and past sales. Price has me worried, but he has been very responsive to emails and sent me additional, although blurry pictures.

bad pics?

It may just be the pics but thats not a 796 wash. go to gurrys.com look at the pics of my diesels they are 796 wash. do yours have the same markings above the left pocket and below the right? the color is also very light but that may be the camera. let me know what you find out.

The jeans I received from Discounts23 were, in my opinion, obvious fakes. They looked identical to pictures shown on http://www.honestforum.com/bbs/viewt...t=223&start=15 by blm14. Also, as blm14's pair were they are about 1.5 to 2 inches shorter at least than normal Diesel's. I am in the process of trying to obtain a refund from the seller, but they want me to send the jeans back first and I have refused until I see my money. They have also stated that I cannot get my money if I don't leave positive feedback; I have also refused that. I will see what he does from here...

Based on those two pics in your links, I would say fake. The real x-rotucks I have are quite even in the "bleaching" effect in the back pockets whereas the fake ones have very contrasty bleaching on the pockets. Have a look at my 'post pix of your diesels here" thread and you can see a side-by-side comparison of fake xrotucks that I got from ebay versus real ones I got from bloomingdales. The stripeyness on the fakes is more pronounced and the coloring is off...
