got fake jeans plus not as described what to do

ok so im expert enough to tell i got fake diesel jeans,i bought these jeans cos they were low buy it now price because the inseam at the hems had slits,whihc i didint mind,but when i got the jeans,turns out they were fake copy of zathan 89z or 71s,the pictures seller had were bad so i couldnt tell clearly,the shape of the jeans looked real and the color also form what i could see.so now my question is if i open a dispute and clim fake or item not as described(because the hems were destroed also and the origina hem was not there but there is no hem at all!) i will win the dispute but i will have to return the jean using tracking number whihc would cost me same as i paid for the jeans incl.shipping!so its pointless..what to do?

contact the seller and tell them to refund your money and that you will donate them. Otherwise you will leave neagative feedback.

If they refuse to do that tell them you will file a paypal claim where you will end up losing money and will leave negative feedback as well.

Those are your only options.

please id if these are fake

here are the pictures,the tags are nothing alike diesel usual tags where it says mod lab lav..etc..it says somwhre dieselX754..maybe 754 is some wash that i dont know of?anyway,they look like a mixture between 71s and 89z?

How much did you get them for? If you ship in a Flat Rate envelop it'll cost ya $4.80 w/ delivery confirmation. and I think $6.60 w/ dc and insurance. +$1.70 w/ signature confirmation if you want. But i've sent stuff back w/ just DC and haven't had any problem. **knocks on wood**

Yep, true. And as a seller that TOTALLY sucks. Especially when there are SO many buyers taking advantage of that fact.

There is no point in a seller leaving negative feedback anyways. If the buyer doesnt pay you just file a non-paying bidder dispute and they get a strike. and as a seller you can bar buyers with strikes from bidding. Most of all, no negative feedback by sellers solved the "retalatory feedback" issue.

mhm yeah youre right,i recently sold something and stated the buyer i expect payment within 7 days otherwise i claim unapid strike,i told him if he dont want to finih transaction that he should let me know imidetely and i wont do anything to his account but just cnacel the transaction i gave him all the bank info and everthing
i told him that ill wait 7 days and as i didint get the money i was still so kind to send request to finsih the transaction in hope of him to accept it so i could get my fees back and just relist the item.then i got his email telling me to give him info so he can transfer the money??i mean wtf.then i told him i already gave him and that he should be ncie as i am and just accept the request and no hard feelings and anything.of course he didnt accept the request now i didnt get fees back and i tried to go to unapid item strikes but i cant open that obviously as the transaction has been closed.is there anything for me to do.i hate such buyers

why cant you open an "unpaid item dispute"? if he didnt pay there is no way to prevent you from opening the dispute.

guys... if it looks too good to be true.... it's really that simple. So Caveat Emptor

 

nothing in life is "free", and markets like ebay are efficient, so there's enough smart guys like you out there and if nobody else is buying, assume there's a reason.

 

good luck with this. take it as a small price to pay for a good life experience.

See if you can block payment. Contact the site they were sold to you via and report the problem/seller also, if they aren't willing to take them back (paying S&H from their own pocket).  Also I always email sellers and have them write back that they "guarantee authenticity" to make sure there's no "miscommunication"

aways look at the seller feedback and transactions, if he sell more than 1000 items and have 95+% positive feedback - buy

dont listen to this advice! This is VERY VERY bad advice! Do not buy anything based on someones feedback regardless of how good it is. Secondly, 95% feedback score is VERY low. It seems like it might be high but that means there have been way too many unsatisfied customers. Most customers dont the difference in authenticity and will leave pos feedback despite receiving fakes. You will see fake sellers with 100% feedback often. If somone has 95% feedback then be extra cautious. In any event, always do an authenticity check if you are unsure.
