The Urban Outfitters at 72nd and Broadway has TR Joeys, Bobbys, and Sammys in a few different washes (stretch and non) on the women's sale racks, $65 after additional 50% is taken at register. They had a lot in bigger sizes, nothing smaller than 26 unfortunately. I don't know if other Urbans have the same stuff.
