A good tailor can probably patch it. Or, maybe a service like denim therapy?

Any tailor should be able to patch them up. Try searching for a good one in your area. You can try e-mailing diesel to get a patch in the same wash as jeans tore so the repair will be less noticeable. I don't know if they will help you but I know another brand has done that.

obtain a piece of denim about 2-3xs bigger than the affected area (not a denim iron on patch), place the denim on the inside of the jeans and just do a tight zigzag stitch back and forth across and past the edges of the patch. This will reinforce the area and you won't have as many problems with the edges of the patch wearing through the denim as if you used an iron on patch. Diesel did this for it's prepatched washes, like on VIker 8rd
