check out dans_deals316, is his items authentic?

Hello, i was researching on some diesels on ebay and i came across this ebay seller. Is this to good to be true, double your money back if the item is not authentic. I dont know if this has been on the forum but i just really curious. Has anyone come across this seller before? The shifty thing is the seller does not display the tags?

Definately real

I am going to break the sticky rule at the top & state unequivicably that his jeans are real. I own a pair of rabox 770, which is what is shown in this auction:

And assuming that the jeans he is selling look like the pix, they are nigh IDENTICAL to the rabox 770s I got on sale from the union square flagship store. Plus he's got two other models which act as GREAT litmus tests because to my knowledge there have never been fakes made of them: 1) X-rotuck 80Q. Distinctive brown color & back pocket stitching similar to the x-rotuck 796, 2) Rabox 874: The ONLY legit non-xrotuck diesels made with that x-rotuck style of back pocket stitching (the "wings").

As an aside: From this guy, I found another example of how diesel is changing things up:

Scope the back pockets. The bootleggers and going to have one HELL of a time keeping up with these new changes. Bravo diesel!

A "sticky" is like a post-it note...stuck to the top of the forum for everyone to notice.
How do you know if the poster isn't the seller? Well...you don't. Some where, some how, you have to take responsibility for your decision and then take the leap of faith and decide to buy or not. If, after you read the feedback, look at the pics, read Dave's site, go look at the manufacturer's website, you STILL can't decide, then go buy the item at a retail department store.
You have to do some of the work...it's your money after all.

'stickies' are the little messages which appear at the top of the forum. Dave (the system admin) set it up so that they stay at the top always.

I suppose you cannot ever know for sure that I am not the seller except to take my word for it, to ask dave & have him tell you that I'm not, and to check my ebay user name against my username for this system (they're the same, blm14).
