How i can rid wrinkles and age spot on my face and look young?

hello friends i am female 25 years old Why does my face look old, but my hands and legs look young, my friends are laughed on me because many wrinkles and age spots show on my face.

when i do smile many wrinkles show on my face,i feel gulty whenever any one look on my side. they are laugh my face. so i want to look young and rid wrinkles and age spots on my face.

i need your help please give me a tips about the wrinkles and age spot,

i believe in moisturizers. You just need to find the one which will work best for you. You should not base it on what you see in commercials instead base it on what skin type you have. Also one way to slow the aging process would be diet and exercise and laughter! humor yourself. Enjoy life. We are so concern about aging that we forget we are going towards that direction. All the more it becomes visible if we worry to much. So just enjoy life and laugh. aging naturally slows down depending on how we deal with stress. I hope i was able to help you out.

well u shud eat fresh yogurt early in the morning... it will remove wrinkles in no time and u r skin wud look fresh..... mark my words i can bet over it... u wud see the results in no time

Try to use any products that contains Retinol A. This specific chemical agent can help renew your skin, be it wrinkle or age spots. Your skin will experience a time of peeling for first couple of weeks as it starts to kicking out the old surface skin, after that you'll have beautiful new skin! Just need to bear that initial period.

If I were to suggest you my fav. brand, I'd say Afirm. I've tried both 1x and 2x concentration and both are great! I believe this brand's only available on online shops? Check it out! Price's around $30 for a 30ml tube.

For nutrition supplement, take fish oil (omega 3) everyday! Not only it's good for your skin but it's also anti-aging!

I agree! on some cases though, it's with the genes. And I think, that's your case. Moisturizes help though. But I think the best medicine to that is to enjoy life.. smile and laugh a lot!
