Ant is right, desert boots for sure, but definitely not Clarks. Silouhette is different, which is the appealing thing on those.

desert boots for sure , sometime it s called chukka boots , i've searched but nothin' found .The first , they have uhm ( look at eyelet ), sorry for my bad english ( i painted on pic ) ,most of desert boots dont have it .



And second , they are boots with a flat toecap(it looks so smart and special). Actually, these are the best boots i've ever seen , wish i could find them

i found it , they were number nine 's boots .Thats japanese brand , but i dont know they will ship it to worldwide or not . They are not expensive , about 100$
