You can park in the residential areas too for free, if you look carefully. I did that for June and Nov sale last year, since I came at the crack of dawn -_- and the parking lot wasn't open yet
Aww Anna, are you sure you can't make it??? It would be awesome if you were there.

Thanks for the tip about parking in the residential areas...I'll have to read all of the stupid street signs with the restrictions...have had too many parking tickets

I am just going to bed now. I have 7 hours before I have to be at the airport to fiy to LA. I can't wait. I will keep checking back here whenever I get the chance.

Gosh. I think I'll try to be there around 7am (is that too late?). Maybe a little earlier to scope out the parking scene.

Sorry, don't think I can stick around for lunch - gotta be in San Diego by 3:30pm for a meeting (probably going to be slightly late given where we'll be) - but have a fat tire on me though =)

Too bad I saw only now that Odie is coming there from UK!!! If I known that before, I'd asked her to buy some pairs for me.

Say hi to Judith for me!! Oh on the side note, since i'm not familiar with the wireless providers in the states, does anyone know a wireless provider offering prepaid SIM cards I can purchase? It'd help me save on the international calling fees :S

Adelyn, T-Mobile and AT&T are the wireless providers here in Cali that use SIM cards and provide prepaid ones. You might be better off using AT&T since I've heard T-Mobile being spotty in certain areas of LA (unless someone tells me otherwise).

Were you thinking of ordering them online? Another option is that one of us here in Cali could purchase them for you & Stanley, and give 'em to you when we're lining up (unless you wanted the SIM cards earlier).

I am in LA!! I don't get access to the internet often but I will check again tomorrow morning. Me and Paul (hubby) are definately up for lunch and we are game to try anything! V. excited. Can't wait.
