Can you tell me if these are real or fake?

The seller has been fast with emailing extra pics, and assuring me that these are real, but no detailed pics of the interior label. i emailed her back asking for label photos.
What do you think just from these on the auction?

Hi!

In my opinion these are fakes. The picture of the inner lable isn't the best one, but you can tell that the writing of the style-number is too narrow and seems to be stitched instead of printed. The material and the wash of the jeans look odd to me, too. If I were you I'd stay away from that auction and that seller.

Best regards, Bianca

I'm not sure I would jump to that conclusion. Those jeans constitute that person's first ever ebay sale, she's been using ebay for a long time as just a buyer, and has 100% positive feedback. Also, this pair is the only auction she's got going right now. There's some time left, I would shoot the seller an email and ask her where she got the jeans, and if she has a return policy.

Much can usually be learned just by contacting the seller...

I think that can be answered by this......

http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=11554&item=5336354 726[/url]

and if you read the 2 most recent neg fb from the original seller, they are for this same style jean. I would be VERY cautious with this one.

I don't think you can judge a seller's jeans by a completely differen't seller's feedback...

I would agree if there was no way to link the jeans. I personally wouldn't want to spend my $$ on jeans that have been questioned regardless of who is selling them. This seller may be selling them b/c they didn't fit or because she realized they were fake. It's hard to say without asking her. I have yet to make a bad purchase on EBAY b/c I do research before every purchase. That's my 2 pennies.......

She sent me more pictures, and the tag #'s are stitched, plus they say Made in China! I doubt she even knows about that stuff of she wouldn't have sent me up close shots of the tags. I couldn't make out the words on the inside pocket in any of the other shots, so I don't know if there are any spelling errors. I emailed her to let her know they were fakes (whether she knows that or not!)
Thanks for all your help!

Thanks Bianca (all all of you!) this is the info that I have seen on other SFAM Dojo jeans...
Style #U115055U-055U Cut # 702326 The cut was the same on another pair I was looking at, and that rose my suspicions! Plus the color seemed off a bit compared to a REAL pair I've tried on in a store that sells all name brand jeans, ($225 Canadian!). Thank gawd I didn't keep bidding on these...I bid a few times before I started to get suspicious...
What a great site! I'll be sure to come here before I ever bid on any jeans!

I feel so badly for this seller! She just emailed me back appoligizing, b/c she had no idea they were fakes. She said after the auction is over she's going to email the winner and tell them, and then not sell them. She never had any answers back from the original seller who she purchased them from, so now she's taking it up with ebay. This is who she got them from...

This seller probably knows they are fakes.

Wow, this would make her one of the most honest sellers I've ever met. Most sellers become really nasty when I tell them their items are fakes ...

It was her first sale...she mainly buys things on ebay.

I just got another email from her. She made many attempts to contact the original seller. Then she threatened to take it up with ebay, and he told her she could send the jeans back and get a refund! This is truly a case of someone who didn't know, being taken advantage of!
But I love happy endings!
