Buttons don't get stuck and are genitalia-friendly.

but can have awkward stretch symptoms on the fabric around them (especially on raws) if the denim is worn tight around the hips.

In fact, I hated zips on denim and had a hard time getting used to them, when I started wearing Thanaz. But now, I am fine with them.

For me its undecided. Both have their advantages and its not really visible.

i would say zipper, as i'm an advocate of fast/easy urination, especially at bars after frequent beers.

but when i wear thanaz, due to the sagz the zipper ends up being too low anyway and i end up unbelting/unbuttoning.

so button fly it is.

zipper ...for easy access! lol.

Buttons you can just rip out, you don't have to do button by button. So still very easy access.

undecided

but I have to admit that thanaz zip on the 71j and 8aa for example is interesting indeed

Buttons! Because they are way cooler...help keep the crotch area from puffing up, during sex are much hotter/sexier, easy for fingers to slip into, neater for 69.... At the urinal they are definetly not as easy as zippers, but all-in-all I like buttons a lot more than zippers.
