Hey pals, I've been on a fruitless search for a (faux)leather jacket in a small enough size to fit me for quite some time. I really don't have the funds to splurge on a Diesel luppy/leominos etc... hence the reason why I'm interested in a faux leather jacket. Here's what I've been eyeing from topman:

The offer it in a XXS and a XS. The problem I'm having is really understanding their size chart, and also trusting it as well.
The size chart says "Fit to Chest" and is 32-34 inches for the XXS, and 34-36 inches for XS. What does that exactly mean? Is that like, taking a measuring tape and circling my chest?
G-Star smalls and Energie x-smalls fit me perfect in terms of outerwear. Diesel smalls is their jackets are a smidge too big, for reference.
Also, if anyone has other recommendations then topwear please let me know!
