I recently opened another PayPal account so that I could use it as a "buying" account, and kept my current one for selling. I removed 2 credit cards I had on my parents' accounts and added them to mine (with great difficulty, I might add).
NOW, PayPal is preventing me from sending credit card payments to ANYONE to "prevent fraud." Their customer service (if you could call it that) says it can't do anything to override the system and said "sounds good" when I said I would be looking for another service to use to pay for my future purchases.
Does anyone have any advice? Kind of at a loss here.
