Got my Corter Leather Wallet ( with pics)

OK

Many of you may have heard of Corter leather, he makes custom leather goods ( ie wallets, belts, cell phone cases ect) and is highly respected for his attention to detail. He has built up a loyal following at SuFu, which made me decide to order a custom wallet from him

The waiting list was rather huge, I waited over 2 months just to be able to get my place in line. Then over a week to make it, and I awaited delivery. There was a mixup of some sort ( 2 months more and no wallet), Eric was polite and made me another wallet and shipped it out no questions asked.

He also threw in a free custom made belt for the trouble/time wasted

He is truly a standup guy, and I feel the least I can do is show off some of his work.

The stitching and build quality is top notch, and I know the black detailing may look a bit out of place/tacky, but remember with constant wear this will be a much darker shade of brown after I oil it and wear the crap out of it.

By then the difference wont be so stark

And considering a flathead or redmoon wallet will run you $260 and $300 respectively and up, I scored a great deal for a measly $135. My freind has a redmoon wallet and I honestly cant see much of a noticable difference in quality, mind you I still have to own it for more then a day

Sweet pick up Chris. I've been looking at all the hype from SuFu about these wallets as well.

Yeah I love it

Especially the fact that no one anywhere near me will ever have the same one, and it sticks out of the rear pocket to show off the detail, and to attatch my wallet chain my fiancee got me for Christmas

He took time off until mid febuary to catch up on orders, he has a long waiting list. But in the end, the wait is worth it, Eric will look after you hands down

That's really freakin' cool cutup! So I'm a dumbass and I also don't go to SuFU, but a member over there makes them? That's awesome! I can't wait to see what it looks like once it's oiled and worn in.

i'm not a fan of long wallets, but the wallet itself looks awesome.

Same here, but I plussed for the craftsmanship and attention to detail. I really like the closure...gives a very vintage feel to it and reminds me of some jewelry made by Barking Irons.

^^ Cutup: Its a nice wallet, no questions. but I dunno if it just me, but wallets for over £$100 is to much ! no? I mean if you pockets busting with ca$h why not.

One more thing is it a Men's wallet ?? look more like wallet for women to me. !

Very nice after all anyway. Congrats ! I hope it was worth waiting !
