Dry April 77's?

I am a complete dry denim noob but I have started looking for my first pair. Are these dry or just dark wash?

I don't know for sure that they are "raw", but April 77's are narrow in the thighs in proportion to the waist.

I'm sorry, I don't. They didn't fit me right at all. I love the denim, Ryanduke had a pair on a couple times and they looke great on him, but guys sag them.
Desoka posted some as well, sagged because she said the waist was big.
Here is the page (sorry don't know how to do single post, pathetic, I know.)
Her comments were the same, even though she is 1 billion times smaller than me!

Those are raw, but Aprils don't really fade like other dry denim. There's lots of stretch in them and the denim is thin, so fading them is very hard to do. It's also because they aren't soaked in a lot of indigo, so there isn't a whole lot to bleed.

As far as sizing, it's all over the board. All I can say is if you're unsure, size up. Hope that helps! April77 is a great label and I look forward to seeing more people (especially girls) rocking their jeans

The jeans are also 2% elastane, I believe, so they're quite stretchy.

Yes! Changes the look and feel completely. Even 100% cotton can vary so much concerning look and feel.

Yeah, that's pretty much correct. And apparently, the Overdrive Raw jeans are specially treated to not fade as much as regular raw denim. I don't know about the Colordrives though, but I'm guessing that they fade a bit more than the Overdrives.

Sorry to threadcap, but I JUST impulsively bought a pair of A77 Joey Overdrives in Raw perhaps 10 minutes ago on revolve. I'm pretty bummed that they won't fade like other raws, since that was what I was looking to do... will they not honeycomb, fade, etc.? Or is it very subtle?

^they won't feel, fade, or crease like genuine dry/raw denim at all. i've sold my pair actually.

It definitely wont fade like raw denim, but with wear there will be 'fades', although they will be mild.

They aren't far along, but up against a REALLY bright light, you can make out some fading behind the knees. Other than that... well theiy are black
