I think the way the waist band is sewn is wrong for a pockets. I don't think they usually have a seam on the bottom. Compare the waistband in the ebay picture to the jeans in no_fake_jeans and I think you'll see the difference.

Thanks rookie, this is exactly what I was thinking. These look just like the fake pairs with cut-number 701856. In my opinion these are definitely fakes.
