I am getting ready to spend some dollars this Tuesday starting Noon. There is an online sample sale for Seven jeans (my girlfriend works at the parent company and tipped me off to this). You have to be a member, but she gave me her link to register for the sale: http://www.gilt.com/invite/marianaleung

Good luck! (though I'll be mad if you buy my jeans before me!)

Gilt is legit. Having a Seven sale i'm not sure if that's legit. They only show sales up till 1/5

The OP is having people sign up under their name because when you refer someone and they buy something you get $25 to spend.
