Heh, I maybe be a bit biased, as I love the Kooks. I was incredibly pissed when they busked and played for free in the middle of our campus for a promotional thing and I missed out on it because I was in class (didn't know about it )

I love seeing the newer bands that are influencing you guys.
JD is still an original, too.

with Sean's nod to HK films, my design sense has always been influenced by the HK/ Chinese films ,so many have incredible cinematography.

Narciso - thanks for creating this thread. A lot of breath is wasted here on people trying to assume they know others' fashion sense/inspiration.

Motorcycling
and some dude I saw in NYC a few years back wearing slim jeans over cowboy boots with the perfect fit.

^^^Regarding motorcycling, I always wanted to be an old guy on a BSA riding on the Isle of Man.

Yes, Spence, Frida's unibrow. I don't have enough body hair combined to make one of those rigs.

Most motorcycling looks are good. I really hate the light denim + black leather + fat rolls look of the Harley crowd, though.

BSA? Please. I'm not THAT much of a purist. Give me a Triumph Speed Triple or Daytona 675 for Brit-bikes, and Honda or Ducati for everything else.

If anyone's ever seen Ghostrider's videos, that's pretty much what I wear on my bike. It's pretty much the only time you'll find me in head-to-toe black...

actually, they're not curved jeans....they're twisted jeans w/ overlock stitches. the legs are twisty & not curved.

as cliché as it is, i really admire hedi. not exactly for his (personal) style, but more for his work in photography and music. it's hard to find a well-rounded person who has actually done something really worthwhile imo



karl lagerfeld because his awesome snobbery. i mean he has a fuckin' coke butler.
