I think we should. Honestly, there's no enough traffic in any of the denim subsections besides diesel that warrants having it's own section, but that's just my opinion. The same topics are on the first page of the SFAM and R&R sections that have been there for a few weeks. I love both sections but it's just too slow right now.

here's how i personally would reorder the forums, with a few name changes and rearrangements

— Tier 1 —
Announcements (formerly Welcome Center/Info)
The Lounge (formerly HF-Chat)
Fashion (formerly Fashion Fashion)
Diesel (not just jeans, apparel and shoes are often posted here too)
Raw Denim
Pandemonium ('enter at your own risk forum')

—Tier 2 —

Other Shitty Jeans (SFAM, COH, TR, Paige, JNCO)

my proposed new forums are bolded.
the health and fitness forum should merge with the lifestyle forum (which will also pertain to art, music, cooking, whatever). the sales and coupons thread could be an individual sticky in each relevant forum. get rid of the quick links to the mall. they only make us long for the old mall..

Haha Mihalis, how many drama sections do we need? I love all those ideas, though I stand by what I said with merging COH, SFAM, R&R and TR. There's just not enough people in there and the only thing anyone ever posts is authenticity checks. I personally don't think we need a subsection for each of those for the sole purpose of A.C.

No chance for a more drastic makeover (decreasing focus on jeans, expanding focus on other facets of fashion)?

If not, I say combine all designer jean brands except diesel (only because it still has significant traffic) into a giant "designer jeans" category- aren't most of the people who frequent the TR, COH, SFAM and R&R sections friends anyway?

Mihalis, pretty good setup, but I don't think diesel needs to be so high and mighty on tier one if the "other shitty jeans" are on tier 2. Also, I say combine all drama and pandemonium sections. How bout this:

Announcements
Chat/lounge
Lifestyle
High end fashion (runway type stuff)
General fashion (hb, aa)
Diesel
Designer jeans (would essentially be like a girls slumber party)
Raw denim

Trash/pandemonium
Coupons
Wanted

(health/fitness could combine with lifestyles, could give the section a boost)

How's bouts dat dave?

I would also be fine with skid's idea of significant simplification, combining all denim sections and making this a mini sufu. Some makes me think that probably won't happen though

You are Tier One if that helps, which is a great honor since you're in with people like me, Infinite, NFJ, avatar, tsukasa, Egotist, Southern_Belle, Lauriebell, Sultry_Siren, mgoose, Peter, dee and jillybean. Pretty exclusive company, if I say so myself!

Tiers 2-infinity really don't matter that much since no one gives a shit about those guys anyway, but rest assured that ross, BEFORE_DISHONOR and the like are all pretty damn close to the bottom

Oh, I forgot that maayan truly belongs in Tier 1 as well, because she has after all had an immense impact on the LiveChat portion of this forum.

i think this is pretty close to what i think is perfect

i dont know about diesels,as i think that in a few years that they will be even more irrelevant

Like the tool skidder said,the model should be based on a mini ,previous level sufu
Sufu is more than just about jeans,its about attitude.I persnally think there is a niche market to be serviced

Look at pple like skidder,aco and the rest of HMers,they strayed to sufu,but soon get there asses kicked back here.Even that other fat ass zubin is back

i dont even think that skinny runt aco posted on sufu.

What s the old saying,better be the big fish in small pond...or whatever the fuck it is

there sure should be a pardon given to former banned members.As i think they add a lot a value the this forum,be it controverial.But cotroversy sells

They can be intially restricted the the trash section,or at least given a chance to prove that they have learned from their sins


This forum should be more than just jeans,as ppl have no money to spend on them anymore.Hence they didnt give a shit about jeans
