I sold a pair of jeans to a buyer with little feedback. He emails me now and complains about the fit. He says the leg opening is bigger than it actually is, in hopes of getting a refund from me. I, having multiples in this size measured up and find that I was in fact completely correct in my measurements.
the buyer wrote to me in big caps and all slang he wants a refund. This doesn't look like it will end good for me either way in terms of feedback. I haven't had a fit/measurment complaint in the last 100 transactions so this is clearly buyers remorse from my perspective.
Now I am thinking to tell him to file a paypal dispute and do what paypal decides. Any sellers have buyers who complain about fit and file with paypal? Any clear victor? I know paypal is really into kissing ass to buyers, so I figure I'll probably lose even if he lies.
TIA.
