Selling on Ebay to Taiwan?

I had a request paced by someone from Taiwan asking to bid on one of my auctions. I currently do not have Asia listed on my available shipping location list. Is it possible to ship to Taiwan from the US with delivery confirmation or insurance? Has anyone had anyexperience with shipping there? The Buyer has a 100% feedback score and has been active since '06 but made his feedbck private.

Any thougts?

yes, just use ems and insure the full amount. you will be fine. you should always ship to asia for diesel, they love that shit over there and retail is much higher in those countries. so that combined with the exchange rate makes them willing to pay a premium for them.

forgive me, as I have never used EMS before. Is this a service available through USPS? I see Global Express Guaranteed listed on the website,but not EMS

EMS= comes in full-service tracking number and signature service.....

FYI, you cannot get any higher level service from USPS except Global Express Guaranteed.

none of that matters if the buyer will leave it at customs, file a dispute, win, then pick up the package afterwards. USPS insurance is moot because they won't honor it if the package shows delivered, which it will once it's picked up. paypal protection is only for confirmed addresses in the US, canada and UK and maybe a few other countries (taiwan probably not being one of them). positive feedback doesn't mean anything anymore because sellers can't leave negs, or the buyer will leave a positive and so will the seller so it looks good but they do fraudulent things after the positive feedback is exchanged. etc.

there is really no telling who's a scammer and who isn't.
