blue and orange band inside pant leg

Hey,

I have a pair of authentic Zathan 772 (they should be, from the Diesel store) and they have the blue/orange band on the inside leg. I have not seen anyone mention this in the forum or didn't see it on www.fakediesel.com, just wondering if this is an attribute that fake manufactures are missing?

I have purchased jeans from crucialclothingconcepts and just received them in the mail. They do not have the blue/orange band.

These are the ones I bought:

Please advise!

if you are talking about the flat side seams, it is not specific to zathans or to diesels in particular. many jeans have flat seams, and the color will vary from model to model, or even on the same model in a different wash. diesel also makes jeans that don't have flat seams.

but if you buy a pair of jeans and you have an authentic pair of the same kind, and you find that the ones you just bought don't have the same detail features, then yes they're obviously fake.

Hey,

Thanks for the heads up. My authentic's are Zathans and the ones I bought are Zigby, so they are not the same jean. When I get home from work, I will look closely at the tags and keep you guys posted.

Cheers,
Viper.

I've noticed the flat seams also - I noticed that most of my high-quality jeans have them, whereas most of my regular jeans don't. All my Diesels have the flat seams, and so do both of my Ezra Fitch jeans. The ones that didn't include Levi's, AE, A&F, etc. Also, my D&G jeans didn't have them either... and they retailed for over half a thousand... I guess flat seams can't really tell you too much about the jeans. I did notice that all my Diesels did come with the flat seam, however, the fake pair that I recieved on ebay also came with it.

One other question... I just bought a pair of Diesel Lemmen in the 772 wash. I noticed that almost all of the internal stitching is bi-colored. The flat side seams and everything else... the thread changes from a redish-orange to blue back to redish orange back to blue, every centimeter or so... anyone know what I'm talking about?
