hi everyone,
i thought this would be interesting enough for everyone to read.
i was going through some of my older diesel jeans (about 1.5 yr. old) and i noticed that on the inside tag (the indian head) of a pair of my diesel kratts had the correct microstitching, but was missing the white numbers above the indian's hair. this is because the tag is sewed too high up into the fabric and so the tag gets cut off from right above the top of the hair line.
i'm pretty sure that these are authentic diesels, especially just by the look and feel of the fabric and wash style.
anyway, if anyone else has a pair w/the same consistencies, please let me know. i dont want people to be mislead as to what's authentic and what's not...but if this is correct, then the older, authentic diesel jeans don't have to have the white numbers on top and could still be authentic as long as the microstitching is the way it is suppose to be.
peace everyone
