I got a great deal on the Thin Finn in organic Dry Ecru at Gilt Club. I was pretty happy with them but spending a good penny I was hoping I would get a great Nudie worn out look. but the crotch...
These jeans are one of my favorites, they are sort of western! I wear them when my boyfriend takes me country dancing. I will admit, they are one of the hottest jeans for any rodeo, country...
I love these jeans! I had wanted them for awhile, and decided to finally get them. The price is not bad at all considering the cost of most other premium brands. I loved the "moto" look of these...
Diesel jogg jeans are not exactly what Diesel tries to sell them as. Diesel tries to sell them as sweat pants that look like denim. The fact is they are denim that are soft like sweatpants....
Diesel really out did themselves this time. The Braddom is a regular straight leg fit that tapers down to a slimmer opening. The fit is very comfortable and the tapering really makes them...
not digging the wash
im so tired of washed "used" blue jean.. I think washes like this will come out of trend soon.
i think the most actual thing for today is something like new diesel pants, maybe somethnig like black and gold diesel pants and washes without fading etc
I thought the washed out look was "out" for the last few seasons and now it is coming back again as people want alternatives to the super dark solid washes that have been so popular. I personally think there is room for both looks depending on the mood and the occasion.

exactly. was just going to post this.. the style is technically 'out' right now (though hasn't been for very long) and looks to be coming back slowly but surely. i personally can go either way but washed jeans just seem to have more personality in my opinion than unwashed pairs.. tho that is all very subjective of course. i do love my 8LP.
washed blue denim will never be out of style because it is meant to mimick the way a pair of raw jeans would look after they are worn in. so as long as people are wearing jeans, basic washed blue washes that are somewhat realistic looking will always be acceptable.
^^
"Somewhat realistic" is key. There's really no room for the heavy-distressed look unless the effect is carried-off in such a way that it truly suspends disbelief. I guess that's what we've always valued at HF, but the bar of acceptability has been set even higher than in the past.
for us yes, but not for the unwashed masses. for most people basically anything that is not acid washed or covered in ink spots will pass as "somewhat realistic".

I like 72L wash... it's really acid, effective and cool, but i think the washes like this are good for not frequently wearing; otherwise it seems gaudy to owner of these.. and the owner feel tired of him...
I would have copped it already if not for the stupid ink stains. Diesel just loves to make something totally awesome, then screw it up with one last application of tackiness.

You can actually pick up a pair completely stainless !!! I've seen in thanaz very small amount of ink barely visible !
