i measured my waist at 34"

my old diesel jeans size 31 fit me tight but str8..32 is comfy with room

im 5'8 at 170lbs....semi muscular frame

for these styles..

its hard to say, just make sure when you first put them on, you think for the rest of the day whether or not you want to be seen in public while wearing them...and then they will turn out well

the waist runs true to size in nudies unlike diesel, where you would size down two.

but the difference is that sizing down will account for stretch, rather than vanity size. so with that said, go with your diesel size and they will be nearly uncomfortable, but they will stretch considerably....
