What size would I be in FH?

I've seen the other posts - very helpful - but I don't know anything about pre soak and post soak measurements.

If I am a standard 29, what size would I go with for FH Balders?

The 28 or 29 presoak measurements look fine - but then they shrink like crazy - and then stretch out like crazy.

Can anyone help?

Im a standard sz 28 and i went with sz 30
Im at school right now, i'll post the post soak measurement once im home

I think i could have gone with sz 29, since they stretch alot

i'm a sz 26 & I went with a 28. I could also probably have done a 27 since these do stretch, but right now they're fine. The waist shrunk 3 inches on my pair after a hot soak! You'd probably be okay with a 30 or 31.

sorry i'm late.....
i went straight to work after school

anyway, post soak measurements:
waist aligned: 16.5"
rise: 7.75:
thigh:9.5"
inseam: 33"
leg opening: 7" (but i've tapered them into 6")
