Nudies SSK dry stretch fit

I just got a pair of SSK dry stretch fit in size 30. I like the fit, except for the little fact that I can't button them.

Today I managed to button them, but couldn't zipper them all the way...

Do these stretch out or do I need size up? They are 95/5 stretch blend.

Any help would be appreciated!

Well, my SSK's were tight in the waist when I first got them. I got a 29 as I didn't want them hideously tight. The waist button was hard to button the first few times, then it stretched perfectly.

They will stretch just keep wearing them!
