Wow those are awful obvious fakes. I guess just KINDLY contact someone from yoox and tell them you have reason to believe they are fake and you would like your money back. I would also ask them who their distributor is. Man that sucks...bleh!

man that sucks! yoox is pretty good with refunds though, much like revolve. Just send them back. Just complete the return form on their website, make sure all return conditions are met and beware of the $5 restocking fee.

For no hassle I would suggest just sending them back without saying anything, but then someone else is going to end up with them (who maybe doesnt know so much about authenticity like you) and you're also stuck with a $5 restocking fee for a pair of fakes!

I would ask to speak with head of customer service and let them know. This may be bigger than someone returning a fake back to yoox and keeping a legit pair, this could be an issue with their distributor and their source to begin with. I dont think you will have a problem refunding them. Who knows, this may be a known issue as other people have confronted the issue! I would also kindly remind them of their reputation too, that if they are selling fakes (knowingly or not) its not cool and word will get around. They certainly wouldnt want that so they should handle this matter accordingly if you catch my drift. (maybe they will even not charge you the $5!)

good luck.

I would contact Yoox telling them exactly what has happened. If they come back to you with a negative repsonse that's when I'd get really arsey with them (you can always take things like this further than the management). I highly doubt that they'd do that though, after all, they are a business and wouldn't want the bad press!

I'm sure they'd be as suprised as you were (you'd hope so anyway!).

Any word? Did you talk to anyone?

search on the good finds on yoox thread - I've discovered fakes on yoox many times. The people there just list them not knowing they're fake. Who knows how they ended up in the supply chain but obviously they did.

holy crap. definitely report it. even with your situation I thought maybe it was a one off, but if they care anything about their reputation, they will do something about it.

I'm pretty sure Yoox sells the real stuff. They are far too reputable to be dealing with fakes vans.php

This was discussed four years ago.
