O.K I need paypal experts' help! The story is, I paid big time money to a member here for a pair of jeans in late march. Buyer gave me a tracking number which stopped showing further information after the package scanned in "U.S".
I never got the package and stared at the same tracking information "scanned in U.S" for months, opened a dispute and lost it cause accepted the incomplete shipping information. I had my building manager provide the proof of non-recipient, all registered packages go through her record book.
I am no paypal expert and don't know what do to now, I mean I paid big money and got nothing. Plus the shipping information is not helpful at all, nobody knows where's the package. How did I lose the case?
Is there anything I can do to get at least partial refund? Or this is pretty much a dead case?
