No that isnt tacky at all! Im sure the seller will be fine w/ that.

yeah thats how i felt when i got my bombays...theres NO WAY the seller didnt know that hole was there. but luckily she sent me my money back in full and sent me a money order for $5 (shipping was only $3.95 back). so it all worked out. but the difference is...mine didnt fit at all!

I'm pretty sure that is truly how much a tailor in my neck of the woods would charge too. (but I'd fix it myself)

I don't think its tacky at all. I think I just would have asked in a nicer tone initially. The tone you used right out of the box was a bit harsh & unnecessary right off the bat, but thats just my opinion. I would have asked for an adjustment stating that they need a repair, and are unuseable as is. Semantics, I guess, but it just sounds like you have both guns blazing right away. JMO

Just won a pair of Havana Dojos w/ the Grommets. Good price, and bidding just went over $100, so I could use the $15 off Paypal code. I'm so excited, I hope I like them as much as I think I will!

You are kidding me, Idalis! I just had the same problem a few days ago. I bought Flynt Vienna and they were sent to Hil because the seller wasn't willing to ship them to Germany and when Hil got them she recognized that the jeans had been hemmed and there was a hole underneath the left pocket. I asked the seller for a full refund minus shipping and she refunded right away the money plus shipping and Hil sent them back. So I think I never will get any Flynt Vienna.

Havanas in 29 for $85.00 . . . I've gotten better deals before, but I get verrrrrry impatient sometimes! I hope they fit!

Also, I got my dark broken triangle pocket Hudsons in 28 from SHOPGREENAPPLE.COM earlier this week . . . not bad for just over $100! I haven't wore them yet, but I have tried them on and I think I'm in loooooove.

OK, I feel this is gonna be a $$$$ week for me! Oops.

Just won this Havana A pocket skirt. Been wanting one of these for so long... Too bad I have to wait til it's warm (or til my aruba trip in january) to wear it! Guess I got a better deal since it's out of season though.
