It was a decent deal. Probably as good as it gets for a style that is 99.9% fake on eBay. $71... minus the 10% Paypal code.

and all my purchases will benfit AIDS research...basically biannualy there's this event held by a local Montreal foundation and usually it sucks...but yesterday it was AWESOME!!

i just realized that christmas is nearing and since i only get paid on an inconsistent basis since i make money by tutoring and writing this thing called NTCs (notes taken in class), i'm going to have to start saving up money for other ppl's gifts

I was at Off Fifth yesterday and picked up two pairs of Sevens -- the Flynts with the floral design on the back and Ireland Bootcuts -- love the Ireland Bootcuts -- GREAT wash! The flynts are very comfy, I love the dark color, and the denim is lightweight. Yay! Ok, no more jeans for a while....

BOOOOOO! My sz 23 Glacier A's came today, and they have a HOLE in the butt area just below the right pocket! Dammit. They fit so well, so I still want to keep them is the problem. It's a very small hole, but still, I can't see where the seller could have not seen it was there. I saw it the second I pulled them out of the bag. Was it tacky of me to write this to the seller:

"Hello. I received the jeans today, and am quite disappointed in their
unacceptable condition, specifically the fact that there is a HOLE in the
lower right butt area just below the pocket. I estimate that it will cost
approximately $10-12 to have this hole professionally mended and reinforced.
Please let me know how this issue will be rectified."

I figure a refund of that amount is pretty much the same loss to the seller as it would be to refund me both my shipping and return cost, which I would insist on if I were to return it for a full refund.

I don't think it's tacky at all. Tacky of the seller not to give full disclosure.
