Help to ID and Authenticate, please

Bought this a while ago at Marshalls and thinking of selling them as they are too big now. I'm pretty sure they are authentic but just wanted to confirm since you can find fakes in stores these days. I'm guessing Nakita bootcuts, but I'm not an expert in any way and would like to get a more experienced opinion. Also how much do you guys think I can sell them for? I wore them may be once or twice and they are pretty much in mint condition. Size 28 with like 35" inseam. Thank you!

How do you guys find real premium denim at Marshall's, TJ Maxx, etc.? My local ones never have anything that good!

A couple of Marshall's around me have some great deals on SFAM once and awhile. they get sold out pretty quick though. Last time I've been there they had several styles of A pockets, Sigs and some Kates for $99.99, but none in my size. My friend went back a week later and they were all gone.
