That was super rude. How about he stops searching google for pics and takes his own damn pictures!
I'm on delay here. Is the current pic they still have up the one of you (kind of just a booty shot with a white t-shirt)? If so, I could see where they might have thought it came off a store model (the jeans look really nice and fit really well). But that's not the point, I know.
Personally, I don't like anyone using stock photos (yes they look perfect and pretty but as a buyer, I want to see what I'm buying- especially when it's a used item. As a seller, well, keep reading hahaha!). I really dislike people STEALING pics from other auctions. I don't know bout you but I spend sooooooooooo much time ironing, taking hundreds of pictures, sorting, cropping, adjusting color, uploading, sorting again through dozens of pictures to put in my SSB templates and THEN listing. Then, I get pennies for my items if they even sell. =(
If someone were to ask and I didn't have a current listing (like I already sold mine or they bought from me and wanted to relist), I am totally fine with that. In fact, a sweet member asked if she could use a picture of mine (with my body in the jeans- in my bedroom lol) that I had crystallized. I was flattered actually. Funny thing is, I had a hell of a time selling those things (size 23) but eventually
they sold and I hardly made any money. The member who was using my pics was selling a much larger size if I recall and she sold them quickly on Ebay for a fortune! Unfortunately her first buyer didn't pay (it was one of those YIPPEEE
sales that we all hope for) but she was able to resell them again right away and still did very well.
Sorry that guy was such a jerk. Do you have that picture stored somewhere where you can just delete it? Then it goes bye bye unless others have copied it. I know that if you host through SellerSourceBook, they will immediately shut down or remove any pictures copied from a member. They already have a lock of sorts so you can't copy any info on the template but I once had a person steal my gallery image.
